We are fortunate to be supported by the Rock Hill Ambulance Corps and Mobilemedic ​as well as the Sullivan County Sheriff and the New York State Police.

A lead vehicle is in place until the first runner crosses the finish line. An ambulance trails the last walker on the course, and there is another stationed at the finish line.

First aid is also available at the R4 event site. Look for the First Aid sign.

If you have an emergency on the course, call 9-1-1. If there is a volunteer near by, please tell them as well.
