The Rhulen Rock Hill Run & Ramble (R4) Health Fair offers a great opportunity to promote and market your company’s products and services to more than 900 runners and walkers, and their families, in the Sullivan County/Hudson Valley Region. The Health Fair has been part of the twenty year history of the R4, as ‘wellness’ and the benefits of running and walking go hand in hand.
Blood Pressure Screenings, Physical Therapy/Chiropractic Consultations, Massage, Yoga, and lots of other Wellness Information provided by premier healthcare and wellness providers in the Hudson Valley.
The Health Fair profiles organizations which offer educational information that is a benefit to the R4 attendees. The R4 focus is on curing blood related cancers and encouraging running/walking and overall wellness. Only those organizations so aligned, will participate as a vendor. The true test—everyone who stops by your booth must be offered the opportunity to learn something that will position them individually, or one of their family members, towards greater health in the future. There are so many worthy organizations, with incredible missions, and we are sorry that we don’t have room for all of them.
The R4 Health Fair is held from 8AM to Noon, in a large 60’ x 30’ tent, adjacent to the courtyard at Frontier Insurance in Rock Hill, N.Y. The runners and ramblers gather in the courtyard prior to the event, beginning at 7AM registration, and return immediately after the race is completed, @ 9:30-10:00. The post-race festivities will be ongoing in the courtyard until @ noon.

Only those organizations that respond prior to April 15th will be guaranteed a listing in this year’s brochure. There are many other promotional opportunities for Health Fair Vendors which include the R4 website, the R4 Facebook page, a large promotional ad in the Sullivan County Democrat, to name a few.
