Saturday Fathers Day Weekend

The Rhulen Rock Hill Run and Ramble is in memory of Walter A. Rhulen, a dedicated runner and local activist. This is a top local 5K road race and we are proud to see how much it has grown over the last sixteen years. This event is a major fund-raiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), and we hope you can come on out to race, ramble and party!

The 18th Annual Rhulen Rock Hill Run and Ramble will be held on Saturday June 19, 2010. The host site will be the Frontier Insurance Headquarters on Lake Louise Marie road in Rock Hill, NY, just off Route 17's exit 109. There will be on-site registration starting at 7:00 am, but we really encourage pre-registration by June 7th -- otherwise you aren't guaranteed the cool T-shirt (click me to see!)!

NEW THIS YEAR:  Preregistered Participants ONLY will  also receive a free Drawstring Backpack, along with their T-shirt.

The 5K walk/run will begin at 9:00 am, and is a fast, flat, loop around scenic Lake Louise Marie. We welcome runners and ramblers from all over the Hudson Valley to join us after competing in the race for lunch, featuring cuisine from Pizza the Rock. There will be live music by Jon Zanger and WSUL radio station as well as the Best Health Fair in the County under the tent.

There will be awards presented to the top finishers in all age groups, as well as a raffle with great prizes from our sponsors.

Event chairperson Suzanne Rhulen-Loughlin states "The 18th Annual Rhulen Run and Ramble is a fun-filled day with a health and exercise focus which is so important to everyone. Join us and show that you care in fighting a winning battle against Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma and Hodgkins Disease and improve the quality of life for patients and their families."

Sign up now! Pre-Registration entry fee is $20.00 which includes a gift bag and Lunch. Registration after June 7th will be $23.00. Children 10 and under are $5.00. The entry fees all include your donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of America.
